National Health Service (Right to Treatment) Bill

This bill aims to give NHS patients a legal right to receive treatment within a set time period. Currently, there are waiting time targets, but this bill would make them a guaranteed right, meaning patients could potentially take action if the NHS fails to treat them quickly enough.
