Mental Health (Discrimination) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to stop discrimination against people with mental health conditions in everyday life, such as getting jobs, housing, or services. It would make mental health discrimination illegal in the same way that race and gender discrimination are already banned, and give people the right to take action if they're treated unfairly because of their mental health.

Presented by Lord Stevenson of Coddenham.
