[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill establishes the legal procedures that must be followed when the government wants to evict asylum seekers from the temporary accommodation (housing) provided to them. It sets out the rules and steps that have to happen before someone can be asked to leave, rather than allowing evictions without a formal process.
Presented by Chris Stephens.
