Local Government (Infrastructure Requirement Plans) Bill

This bill would require local councils to create and regularly update Infrastructure Requirement Plans detailed documents setting out what roads, schools, hospitals, utilities and other services their area will need over the next 1015 years. The goal is to make sure communities have better planning for future growth and investment.
