Local Government (Independence) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would give local councils in England greater independence and control over how they run their services and spend their budgets, reducing central government control. It aims to let councils make more decisions locally based on what their communities need, rather than following detailed rules set by Parliament.
Presented by Mr Graham Allen.
