Local Authority Roads (Wildlife Protection) Bill

This bill requires local authorities (councils) to protect wildlife on the roads they maintain and repair. It aims to reduce the number of animals killed or injured by traffic by giving councils new powers and responsibilities to implement wildlifefriendly measures on local roads.
