[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill gives local councils in England greater powers to plan, control, and improve transport services in their areas. Currently, many transport decisions are made by central government; this bill would shift more responsibility and decisionmaking power to local level, allowing communities to shape their own transport systems.

Presented by Lord Shipley.
