Land Use (Gardens Protection Etc.) Bill

This bill aims to protect gardens and green spaces from development. It would change planning rules to make it more difficult to build on existing gardens, particularly domestic gardens attached to homes, in an effort to preserve green areas and outdoor spaces in residential areas.
