Kew Gardens (Leases) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill gives the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew (a famous garden and research centre in London) permission to lease out portions of its land or buildings. Currently, the gardens' founding laws restrict what it can lease, and this bill removes or relaxes those restrictions to give Kew more flexibility in managing its property and finances.

Presented by Mr Ian Liddell-Grainger.
