International Trade Agreements (Scrutiny) Bill

This bill gives Parliament greater powers to examine and scrutinize international trade agreements before the UK enters into them. Currently, the government can negotiate and sign trade deals with limited parliamentary involvement; this bill would require more debate and approval from MPs before deals take effect.
