[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to allow evidence from intercepted communications (like phone calls, texts, and emails) to be used in court proceedings. Currently, there are strict rules preventing this type of evidence from being used in trials, and this bill would change those rules to make it admissible in certain cases.
Presented by Lord Lloyd of Berwick.
