Improvement of Rail Passenger Services (Use of Disruption Payments) Bill

This bill requires train operating companies to use compensation payments they receive (from disruption fund schemes) to improve rail passenger services. Currently, there's concern that train companies receive these payments but don't reinvest them back into the services passengers use, so this bill aims to ensure the money actually benefits train users.
