Immigration (Discharged Gurkhas) (No. 2) Bill

This bill makes it easier for Gurkha soldiers (soldiers from Nepal who have served in the British Army) who have left the military to stay and live permanently in the UK. It removes or relaxes certain immigration restrictions that previously applied to them, treating them more favorably because of their military service.
