to
This bill aims to improve the immigration status and settlement rights of Gurkha soldiers who have been discharged from the British Army. Gurkhas are soldiers from Nepal who have traditionally served in the British military, and this bill would make it simpler for them and their families to live permanently in the UK after their service ends.
Presented by Lord Lee of Trafford.
