Human Rights Act 1998 (Meaning Of Public Authority) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change which organisations are legally required to follow human rights rules under the 1998 Human Rights Act. Currently, many organisations that provide public services must follow these rules, but this bill would make the definition narrower, meaning fewer organisations would be covered by human rights law.
Presented by Mr Andrew Dismore.
