This bill would require homes in the UK to have carbon monoxide detectors installed. Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that can leak from faulty boilers, fires, and heaters without anyone noticing it. The bill aims to make sure more people are protected by early warning if this dangerous gas is present in their home.
