House of Lords (Parliamentary Standards Etc) Bill

This bill aims to improve standards of behaviour and conduct in the House of Lords by setting out clearer rules and possibly creating new ways to check that peers follow them. It brings the House of Lords into line with similar accountability measures that already exist for MPs in the House of Commons.
