High Speed Rail (Crewe - Manchester) Bill

This bill allows the government to build a new highspeed railway line connecting Crewe to Manchester. It's part of the larger HS2 rail project and aims to provide faster train journeys between these cities, similar to how the existing highspeed rail works in other parts of the UK.
