Heritage Railways and Tramways (Voluntary Work) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to help heritage railways and tramways (like preserved steam railways and vintage tram lines) by changing the rules around voluntary work. Currently, strict employment and health and safety laws can make it complicated for these organisations to use volunteers, so the bill would adjust these rules to let more people help run these historic attractions without as much red tape.

Presented by Lord Faulkner of Worcester.
