[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change the law so that daughters can inherit hereditary peerages and baronetcies (noble titles) the same way sons can. Currently, these titles usually pass only to male heirs, so this bill aims to make the rules fairer by allowing daughters equal rights to inherit them.
Presented by Lord Lucas.
