Health Impacts (Public Sector Duty) Bill

This bill would place a legal duty on public sector organisations to assess how their decisions impact people's health and wellbeing. It aims to make sure that when councils, hospitals, and government bodies make plans or policies, they actively consider the health consequences and report on these impacts.
