Ground Rents (Leasehold Properties) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to control ground rents on leasehold homes in the UK. Currently, some landlords charge very high ground rents that increase over time, making homes expensive to own. The bill would limit how much ground rent can be charged, making leasehold properties more affordable for ordinary people.
