Grocery Market Ombudsman Bill

This bill creates a new Ombudsman position to investigate complaints from small food suppliers about unfair practices by large supermarket chains. It aims to give smaller businesses a free, independent way to get help if they feel they're being treated unfairly, rather than having to take expensive legal action.
