Grandparents (Access Rights) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would give grandparents the legal right to ask a court for access to their grandchildren if they've lost contact with them. Currently, grandparents have no automatic legal rights, so this would change the law to recognise their relationship with grandchildren and allow courts to decide fair contact arrangements.
Presented by Andrew Percy.
