Freedom of Information (Private Healthcare Companies) Bill

This bill would make private healthcare companies follow the same Freedom of Information rules as public organisations. Currently, private hospitals can keep most information confidential, but this bill would allow members of the public to request and access certain information about how these private companies operate.
