Forces Widows' Pensions (Equality of Treatment) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to make pensions for military widows fairer by ensuring they all receive equal payments. Currently, some widows get different amounts depending on factors like when their husband died or which armed force he served in; this bill would change that so all widows in similar situations receive the same pension.
Presented by Mr Michael Mates.
