Foetal Sentience Committee Bill [HL]

This bill proposes setting up a parliamentary committee to investigate foetal sentience whether an unborn baby can feel pain or sensations, and at what stage of pregnancy this might happen. The committee would gather scientific evidence to help inform future policy decisions about abortion and pregnancy care.
