Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011 (Repeal) Bill [HL]

This bill removes the law that made UK elections happen automatically every 5 years. Instead, it gives the Prime Minister the power to call an election at a time of their choosing (as long as it's within 5 years), which was how the system worked before 2011.
