Fixed Term Parliaments Bill

This bill changes when UK elections happen. Instead of the Prime Minister deciding to call an election whenever they want, Parliament would have elections on set dates (normally every 5 years). This removes one of the Prime Minister's traditional powers and makes election timing more certain for everyone.
