BILL
to

This bill would expand who is allowed to vote in House of Lords elections, giving voting rights to more people than currently have them. Currently, the House of Lords is mostly made up of appointed members, so this bill aims to make it more democratic by letting more citizens have a say in who sits there.

Presented by Lord Blunkett.
