European Union (Referendum on Withdrawal Agreement) Bill

This bill proposes holding a second public referendum that would ask UK voters to approve or reject the specific Brexit withdrawal agreement that the government has negotiated with the European Union. If passed, it would give British people a chance to vote on the actual deal before it's finalised.
