Ethnicity Pay Gap Bill [HL]

This bill would require larger employers in the UK to measure the difference in pay between ethnic groups working for them and publish this information publicly. The aim is to shine a light on ethnic pay inequality in the workplace and encourage employers to close any unfair gaps they discover.
