Energy Saving (Daylight) Bill

This bill proposes changing how the UK uses daylight saving time (clock changes) to save energy. Currently we change clocks twice a year the bill would either stop these changes or make daylight saving permanent, aiming to use natural daylight better and reduce energy costs.
