Employment (Reasonable Adjustments for Carers) Bill

This bill would legally require employers to make reasonable changes to help people who are carers keep their jobs. For example, a worker caring for an elderly parent could ask for different hours or workfromhome options, and their employer would have to seriously consider this request rather than refuse it.
