Electric Personal Vehicles (Use on Highways) Bill [HL]

This bill would change UK law to allow electric personal vehicles (such as escooters and electric skateboards) to be legally used on public roads and highways. Currently, most of these vehicles aren't allowed on roads, and this bill aims to create rules so they can be used safely alongside cars and pedestrians.
