EEA Nationals (Indefinite Leave to Remain) Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow EEA nationals (citizens from countries in the European Economic Area, mostly European countries) to get indefinite leave to remain in the UK. This means they could stay permanently without having to constantly renew their visa or residency status, similar to what happened after Brexit changed their immigration rights.
Presented by Lord Oates.
