Duty to Plan for Terrorism (Consultation) Bill [HL]

This bill would require certain public organisations and services to develop and regularly update plans for how they would respond to a terrorist attack. It's essentially about making sure hospitals, schools, transport networks and similar services are prepared and know what to do in an emergency.
