A
BILL
to
This bill would introduce a legal requirement for all dog owners in the UK to register their dogs with a government system. The register would hold details about each dog and its owner, similar to how cars must be registered. The aim is likely to improve dog safety, help find lost or stolen dogs, and give authorities better information about dog ownership.
