[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill changes the divorce laws in the UK to make the process simpler and less confrontational. Instead of one person having to blame the other for the divorce, couples can now separate by mutual agreement. It aims to reduce stress and legal costs for families going through divorce or civil partnership dissolution.

Presented by Mr David Gauke.
